I ask my OB for them when I think I want to try 'em again.<br /><br />Therapy is nice. Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I find it quite helpful. And if you find a decent therapist, it often Is better than talking to friends (friends are good, but therapists are trained to help you out in ways that friends aren't). <br />I think seeing my therapist has helped (is helping me). <br /><br />Do you have insurance that will cover talk therapy? D is a student, no? Doesn't he have some coverage that way? <br />Anyway. Give it a shot. Ten minutes with you, and any doctor will write you the prescription you want, then all done.<br /><br />BUT. If you DON'T want to go that route, then really REALLY read "The How of Happiness" and "Feeling Good."
